Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

ahcsavings.com ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent advertising publisher. This website presents informational content and a short eligibility questionnaire that connects visitors — by phone, or by redirecting to a partner's lead-generation form — with independent licensed insurance agents, call centers, or agencies who can discuss insurance products. We are not an insurance company, agent, or agency, and this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on ahcsavings.com itself.

Scope of This Policy

If a call button or answer option on this site connects you by phone to a call center, or redirects you to a third-party lead-generation form or website, any personal information you provide during that call or on that third-party form is collected and handled under that third party's own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site or service you are connected to.

Information We Collect

Automatically, when you visit: IP address, browser/device type, referring page, the questionnaire answers you select (e.g., age range, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment status), and tracking parameters attached to the link that brought you here (such as click identifiers from Google Ads or Meta/Facebook Ads).

When you click to call: our call-tracking provider assigns a phone number to your visit so we can measure and attribute the call; we may receive the number you called from, call duration, and call outcome.

When you are redirected to a partner lead-generation form: that form may separately ask you for personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, or ZIP code. We do not receive or store that information ourselves — it is submitted directly to the third-party form owner.

Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls placed through the phone numbers displayed on this site may be recorded and/or monitored by us or by our call-tracking and call-center partners for quality assurance, training, compliance, and attribution purposes. By calling one of these numbers, you consent to such recording and monitoring to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers (including Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and our call-tracking provider) use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure which ads and pages drive calls or leads, attribute compensation between us and our advertising partners, and prevent fraud. Query-string parameters present in the link you clicked (for example, campaign or click IDs) may be passed to these providers, including Google and Meta, which may use this information to measure ad performance and show you interest-based ads on their own platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage interest-based advertising through Meta's Ad Preferences, Google's Ad Settings, or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page; blocking cookies or opting out may affect how this site functions.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate and route the questionnaire, determine which messaging or phone number to display, measure and attribute calls/clicks/leads for compensation from our advertising partners, improve this site, and prevent fraud or abuse.

How We Share Information

We may share information with: (a) our call-tracking and analytics providers; (b) the licensed agents, call centers, or lead-generation partners you are connected to or redirected to; (c) advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta/Facebook) for conversion measurement and, where applicable, retargeting; and (d) as required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell the personal information you submit directly on a partner's lead form, because we never receive it.

Consent to Be Contacted

If you submit your phone number or other contact information on a lead-generation form linked from this site, you are consenting — under that form's own terms — to be contacted by the form owner and/or its marketing partners by phone (including calls using automatic telephone dialing systems or an artificial/prerecorded voice), text message, and email at the number or address you provide, even if that number is on a Do Not Call registry. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of obtaining any product or service, and you may revoke it directly with the party that contacted you.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Our systems currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals or Global Privacy Control signals.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA), which may include certain advertising identifiers described above. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children

This site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
